Refund and Returns Policy – Unies

The Refund Policy is subject to terms and conditions, just like any other online transaction. By purchasing a course on Unies, you agree to our privacy and use policies as well as our refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: Regular Online Courses

1. You must raise a refund request within 72 hours of purchasing the course.
2. If the course content does not meet the description or expectations, you will be eligible for a full refund.
3. Refunds will not be processed if you have completed more than two premium/paid lessons.
4. If, within the 72-hour refund window, you have already received your Course Certificate, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
5. Refunds are not applicable if the purchased course has been exchanged based on a prior refund request.

Refund Processing Timeline:
Refund requests will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the approval of the request.

Exchange: Regular Online Courses

1. The learner has the option to exchange a course if they purchased the wrong one.
2. Please review the exchange policy methods below:
– If the new course’s cost is higher than the previously purchased course, the learner must pay the price difference using their chosen payment method.
– If the new course’s price is lower, Unies will not refund the price difference.

Cancellation & Refunds: Live Courses, Events, Resources & Tests

No refund policy applies to Live Courses, Events, Resources, and Tests offered by Unies.
